To make Thandai Masala
Grind the nuts, seeds and spices to a fine powder.
Thandai Masala Powder
You can make Thandai powder ahead of time and keep refrigerated in an air-tight container for 2-3 weeks.
Make Thandai Milk
Boil the milk and to it add saffron soaked in milk, thandai masala, sugar and mix. Cool complete and refrigerate overnight
Allow the thandai to cool completely and then transfer to a pitcher to refrigerate if further for at least a minimum of 2-4 hours (or until chilled) preferably overnight.
