Ingredients

Cut the bread into pieces.  Make the tadka (tempering)

Steps 1-4

Cook the veggies (onion, tomato, bell pepper and green peas) until soft. 

Steps 5-8

Add the spices and cook the bread pieces with the onion tomato masala. Garnish with cilantro

Steps 9 -12

Bread Upma is ready

Garnish with cilantro and Sev and serve
