This Eggless Pumpkin Pie with sweetened condensed milk is the easiest and best pumpkin pie recipe you will ever need. It has a tender flaky crust filled with a perfectly spiced, smooth, creamy filling. 


Prepare the pie crust - thaw the crust, smoothen any cracks, placed in the pie dish, align and fill the gaps, crimp the edges

Step 1-4

Make Eggless pumpkin pie filling - In a large bowl whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, pumpkin spice, salt, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth

Step 5-8

Bake the pumpkin pie - Pour filling into the prepared pie crust. Bake for 15 mins at 425°F then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for another 45-50 mins.

Step 9-12

Cool the pumpkin pie at least for 2-3 hours before slicing.

Make pumpkin spice whipped cream - beat cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until cream has thickened (stiff peaks)

Step 13-16

Slice and serve eggless pumpkin pie topped with homemade pumpkin spiced whipped cream sprinkled with more pumpkin pie spice on top.
