Make Hung curd and Saffron milk
Strain the yogurt using a muslin cloth. Keep it under weight for the water to drain for 4-5 hrs. Add saffron to warm milk.
Mix Hung curd with Mango Pulp
Whip hung curd until smooth and add mango puree, condensed milk and saffron to it.
Add cardamom powder and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Garnish with Pistachios and more saffron
Mango Shrikhand is ready
Garnish with Mango pieces, nuts and serve
