Thandai Cake (Eggless)
A fun fusion dessert recipe combining the flavors of Holi special drink Thandai in form of cake
Make Cake Batter
Mix the wet and dry ingredients to make the cake batter
Bake and soak the cake
Bake the Thandai cake in a bundt pan, poke holes and soak in thandai milk while its still warm.
Glaze and decorate
Make the thandai glaze, drizzle over the cake and decorate with sliced nuts and dried rose petals
Thandai Cake is ready!!
Slice and serve!
