  • Stir in the condensed milk and cardamom powder and mix until well combined.
  • Add all the chopped fruits, raisins, and sliced almonds and mix to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least for 30mins to 2 hours before serving!!
  • Serve chilled garnished with more fruits, nuts, and cherry on top! Enjoy!

Notes

Fruits like bananas & apples tend to oxidize (turn brown) when cut and exposed to air, so cut these fruits last and immediately add them to the creamy mixture to prevent them from oxidizing.
If you prefer this salad sweeter, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or honey according to taste. The taste is just right for us with just condensed milk.
To keep it lighter, replace cream with milk, skip whipping. The consistency will not be creamy and more on the runny side but still delicious!!
For an even easier version, replace heavy whipping cream with store-bought cool whip. You can add some milk if required to adjust the consistency.
Fruits and their quantity can be changed to preference. If you don't like certain fruit skip it or replace it with your favorite fruit.
Canned fruits can be used along with fresh to make this fruit salad. Just make sure to drain the liquid from canned fruits.
This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.
