This eggless banana bread with chocolate chips and walnuts is an easy and delicious way to use up those overripe bananas. It is sweet, moist, and full of banana flavor. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert!

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a 9-inch bread loaf pan. Sift the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and keep them aside. In another mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas

Step 1-4

Add the sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla to the mashed bananas. Mix and add the dry ingredients (reserve some). Fold until almost combined.

Step 5-8

Stir the walnuts & chocolate into the dry ingredients. Add to the batter. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix the batter. Pour the batter into the pre-lined bread loaf pan. Bake at 325°F for 60-65 mins.

Step 9-12

Rest in the pan for 10 mins then  transfer onto a cooling rack.

Let it rest for another 15 mins or until completely cooled. Slice and serve.

Serve Banana bread on its own or with a cup of tea, coffee, or milk.
