Best Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe ever! Crispy around the edges, soft and chewy in the center. Easy, made with simple ingredients, require no chilling time, and turn out perfect every single time!!


Make the flax egg by mixing 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal with 3 tablespoons of water. Mix well and keep aside for 5 mins. A flax egg is ready to use.

Step 1-4

Whisk together the brown sugar, white granulated sugar, vanilla, and butter until well combined and creamy. Add the flax egg and whisk until smooth and fluffy.

Step 5-8

Mix all-purpose flour,  baking soda & salt until the flour is just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate until the dough is well combined. Eggless chocolate chip cookie dough is ready!

Step 9-12

Scoop, shape, and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 (softer)- 12 (for crunchier) mins.

Step 13-16

Cool on the tray for 5 mins
