Ingredients

old fashioned oats walnuts  mini chocolate chips  brown sugar  whole wheat flour or all purpose flour, oat flour or milled flax seed  salt oil, honey, vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line baking pan. In a mixing bowl, add oats, milled flax seeds (or flour), brown sugar, walnuts, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix well using a spatula.

Step 1-4

In another bowl, whisk together the oil, vanilla, & honey. Pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to the pre-lined baking pan. Spread, press down and pack it. Bake at 325°F for 30-35 mins

Step 5-8

Allow to cool in the pan completely for 2 hours. Cut into 12 bars using a really sharp knife.
