Kachumber Salad

Kachumber Salad is a popular vegan Indian Salad made with fresh raw veggies like onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes tossed with some Indian spices, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and herbs. Gluten-free, vegan, and oil-free and pairs with most Indian curries as a side.

Ingredients

Wash, dry, and chop the veggies. You can either dice them into small bite-sized pieces or cut them into juliennes.

Step 1-4

Add the chopped veggies, spices, herbs, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl and mix well. 

Step 5-8

Kachumber is ready to be served!

Refreshing, crunchy and so delicious!

Enjoy it with dal(lentils), or curries with rice/roti or use as a dip or topping for tacos, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, bowls
