Ingredients

Roast the peanuts until golden and crispy.  Cool then peel the skin and crush them. 

Step 1-4

Soak the sabudana in enough water until they double in size. Drain and then allow to dry.  Add crushed peanuts, salt, and sugar to the fluffy Tapioca. 

Step 5-8

Cook potatoes in ghee with cumin seeds and green chilies. Then add the sago peanut mixture and cook until the sago is transparent. Finish with lemon juice and cilantro

Step 9-12

Fluffy, non-sticky Sabudana Khichdi is ready!!

Serve Sabudana Khichdi hot on its own or with side of yogurt and chai (tea).
