This Vegetarian Caesar Salad recipe with creamy vegetarian caesar dressing is made without anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, or eggs and makes a delicious healthy side dish or dinner.  It is easy, delicious, full of flavor, and can be made vegan too!


In a bowl, add all the ingredients for a caesar dressing. Whisk until well combined. Store it refrigerated until ready to use.

Vegetarian Caesar Salad Dressing is ready!

Prep the lettuce - First, cut the top wilted part of the lettuce. Now make 4-5 slits lengthwise all around the lettuce.Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Step 5-8

Wash the lettuce in cold salted water, drain and dry thoroughly using a salad spinner. Lettuce is now ready to use

Step 9-12

Add lettuce to a large serving bowl. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese & croutons. Drizzle in the veg caesar dressing. Toss gently until lettuce is evenly coated.

Step 13-16

Creamy Vegetarian Caesar Salad is ready! Serve topped with more parmesan shavings, and croutons (and their crumbs), and enjoy!!.
