Indian Chaat Recipes

Indian Chaat is a popular street food that comprises sweet, savory, tangy, spicy, and crunchy snacks.

The literal meaning of chaat is “to lick” in the connotation of relishing your food and licking your fingers because it's so delicious!!

Every region in India has its own variation and version of chaat like in Mumbai you have Sev Puri while North India, has Papdi Chaat. Another example is Pani Puri and Golgappa. Overall, it is the same concept with slight variations, and still, all are delicious!!
