Spritzers are usually made of wine and carbonated or sparkling water. In Non-alcoholic ones, the wine is replaced with juice instead.
You can make this Orange Spritzer as simple as Orange juice and sparkling water, or make the flavors intense by mixing a few drinks as I did for this recipe.
For this recipe, I have mixed Orange juice, lemonade, a lemon-lime-flavored soft drink, and sparkling water. I personally like the tartness the lemonade adds, along with a hint of sweetness and the fizz of a lemon-lime-flavored soft drink. The proportions mentioned can be adjusted to your taste.
I made this drink for my daughter's 3rd Birthday celebration, and I got so many compliments for it. Many loved that it was not overly aerated yet had the fizz. People like me, who are not too much into aerated drinks or even otherwise, are surely going to love this citrusy drink.

Instructions
- In a large pitcher, add the orange juice, lemonade, salt and give it a mix.
- When ready to serve add the sprite and sparkling water.
- Add a few lemon and orange slices to the pitcher leaving a few for garnishing.
- Add ice into glass and pour the drink into the glass.
- Garnish each one with lemon, orange slice and finally top it with some mint leaves.
Notes
- Add simple syrup: Start with ¼ cup or less simple syrup for a full pitcher, stir, and taste. Add more only if needed.
- Add more orange juice: This helps soften the lemony sharpness while keeping the drink fresh and citrusy.
- Add more Sprite: If you want a sweeter, fizzier drink, add ½ cup at a time until it tastes balanced.
- Use less sparkling water: Too much sparkling water can make the tartness feel sharper. Start with 2 cups and add more only if needed.
- Add a pinch of salt: A tiny pinch helps round out the citrus flavor and balance the sour notes.
- Serve chilled: This drink tastes best cold. Chill all the ingredients ahead of time and add ice just before serving so it stays refreshing without getting diluted.
