Mango Cake

Eggless Mango Cake with whipped cream frosting is an easy, moist, and spongy cake. Made with simple pantry ingredients and mango pulp, it is egg-free and needs no butter or condensed milk. It is melt-in-the-mouth delicious!


Prep the baking pan. Sift the dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, soda, salt, & cardamom powder. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients like mango pulp, yogurt, oil, and sugar..

Step 1-4

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix it into a batter. Pour into a baking pan and bake for 25-35 mins at 350°F. Remove and cool completely. 

Step 5-8

Use a chilled bowl, whisk & cream. Beat for about 2-4 mins or until you see the cream thickening.

Step 9-12

Add powdered sugar & vanilla extract and beat until it forms stiff peaks (keeping shape)

Step 13-16

Cut cake horizontally into two halves Add whipped cream frosting and spread using a spatula. 

Step 17-20

Place the second half of the cake followed by frosting and spread it too. decorate with mango puree

Step 21-24

Garnish with mango puree, powdered pistachios and rose petals

Step 25-28

Eggless Mango Cake is ready!
