Let's see how to make Egg-free Cutout Sugar Cookies with Eggless Icing and three easy ways to frost them.


Sift the dry ingredients, keep aside.  Cream butter, sugar, milk and vanilla until light and fluffy

Step 1-4

Add the dry ingredients and mix to a soft firm dough.  Shape it in a block and wrap it to seal. Refrigerate for 30 mins.

Step 5-8

Divide chilled dough into two parts.  Roll one portion into 1/4 inch thickness and cut shapes using cookie cutter of choice

Step 9-12

Transfer the cut shapes onto a the lined baking sheet. Refrigerate excess dough. Bake the cookies at 350°F for 7mins for soft cookies.

Step 13-16

Allow the cookies to cool completely before storing or frosting.

Make the eggless icing, add food color of choice (optional).  To frost the cookie, dip the top of the cookie in frosting and let the excess drip off

Step 17-20

Burst air bubbles with a toothpick. Add sprinkles (optional) while the frosting is still wet and allow to cool.  Alternatively, you can frost the cookies using a spoon or ziplock bag

Step 21-24

Allow the icing to set
