Maharashtrian Recipes

Maharashtrian cuisine, from the western state of Maharashtra in India, offers diverse and flavorful recipes with an irresistible mix of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors.

Here you will find traditional Maharashtrian recipes that I grew up eating. A few of my favorites to name are Batat Bhaji, Varan Bhaat, Phodnicha Bhaat and Matki Usal.
